Shipping
All products in our webshop are made to order through our production partner Printful. This means that each product is manufactured only after you place your order. This allows us to offer unique products while reducing overproduction.
Production Time
Once your order has been placed, production of your product will begin.
The production time is typically 2–5 business days.
When the product is finished, it will be carefully packed and shipped to your delivery address.
Shipping Times
United States
Delivery usually takes 3–4 days after shipping.
Total delivery time: approx. 5–9 days.
Denmark
Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after shipping.
Total delivery time: approx. 5–12 days.
Europe
Delivery usually takes 5–10 days after shipping.
Total delivery time: approx. 7–15 days
Greenland
Delivery may take 10–20 days after shipping.
Total delivery time: approx. 12–25 days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, transportation conditions, and busy periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. The price depends on the delivery address, product size and weight, as well as the shipping carrier’s current rates.
The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package during delivery.
Returns & Claims
As our products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns due to incorrect size or change of mind.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- a photo of the product
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
